Life Skills and Rehab Programs for Young Adults (ages 18 and over)

Bonneville Canyon Retreat,is a life skills learning center that specializes in helping young male adults (ages 18 and over) find the path that leads to a successful and positive life.

Transitions of Galveston Island Transitions of Galveston Island is an 8 to 12-month treatment program that provides young men 18 and older a sober college living experience. Our three-phase, 12-Step-based community is designed for young men struggling with substance abuse or other addictions.

Fulshear Ranch Academy The Fulshear Ranch Academy is a holistic therapeutic learning community where young women (18 and over) come together to experience an environment where their strengths, talents, and passions can be discovered and applied. Using a holistic model, participants experience field-based experiential education and classroom academics, therapeutic groups and activities, life skills and career training, all in an environment which promotes overall health and wellness.

North Star Center, in Bend, Oregon, is a residential program for young adults who need some guidance in learning how to live independently while in early recovery. Students can earn college credits (or can earn their GED) while working on behavioral and emotional issues that may be keeping them from reaching their highest potential.

Passages to Recovery, in Loa, Utah, is a short-term wilderness program that helps young adults on the road to recovery from alcohol or drug problems.

San Cristobal Academy, in Taos, New Mexico is a therapeutic transitional learning center that offers mentoring, college classes, GED, horsemanship, vocational training, outdoor adventure, computers, art, horticulture and AA / NA support. In the environment of a secluded horse ranch nestled in a mountain valley, SCRA offers a three phase transition to life program designed to teach young men the life skills they need to progress as successful adults in school, work and life.
